• Responsible for assuring best practice, high-quality supports are provided to all people assigned to work with.
• Assists people served to manage everyday aspects of life by providing supports in a manner that maximizes choices and builds on individual strengths and capabilities.
• Must be able to complete documentation about the services provided.
• The physical ability to assist in lifting adult people and providing a wide variety of hands-on physical supports may be required.
• The ability to support individuals with behavioral/mental health needs may be required.
• The ability and willingness to work a varied and sometimes changing schedule based on current service needs.

Shifts Available:

a. 3pm – 10pm

b. 10pm – 8am (Asleep Overnight $9.00)
